Saving in the kitchen...
- Bake from scratch. (Stock up on baking supplies during sales—often at holiday times.)
- Make your own salad dressings.
- Make your own snacks.
- Eliminate snacks and soda.
- Drink water (especially when dining out).
- Drink the least fat milk you can (Skim is cheaper than 1% is cheaper than 2%, etc.—don’t skimp for health reasons!)
