Frugal Tip Friday - Kitchen Week 2

More saving in the kitchen...


  • Check the clearance carts or scratch-n-dent area.
  • Buy day old bread. (Make bread pudding, croutons, French toast casserole, open face hot turkey sandwiches.)
  • Buy produce at a farm stand or farmer’s market (The vendors often offer discounts if you go at the very end of the evening.) Get apples at the end of the season (November) for making your own applesauce.
